Number of Positions: 4

Reporting To: Stock Audit Controller


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate stock audit records and ensure compliance with internal stock control procedures.

• Perform stock verification, documentation, and basic audit checks as required.

• Assist in tracking inventory movements and analyzing stock variances within automotive operations.

• Supervise routine physical stock counts and reconcile quantities against system records.

• Work closely with warehouse, stores, and operations teams to resolve stock discrepancies.

• Support periodic inventory reconciliation and reporting to the Stock Controller.


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in stock control, warehouse operations, or inventory audit within the automotive industry is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Fluent in either French or Swahili.

• Proficiency in SAP Business One or any other ERP system.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse or operations environment
